Pay Range: $60 - $64/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• A Project Manager Mid is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. They oversee all aspects of a project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• For a municipality, county, or state's Public Improvement projects (e.g. Road widening, new bike lane, new streetlight), Client has to relocate our electric utilities (Overhead and/or underground). Our PM's manage this relocation through Design, Construction, and Close Out.

• Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
• Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.
• Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
• Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
• Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
• Project Managers Mid should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in project management software and tools.
• Project Management; Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience; experience reviewing Contract Proposals from vendors.
• Bachelors in Engineering, Technical, or Project Management.
