Pay Range: $50 - $53/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Wealth management domain (Brokerage/Investment management), Jira , UI.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business/Administration, Technical, Technology, Computer Engineering.
• Support of User Experience Evaluation procedures.
• Software development lifecycle methodologies and practices.
• Broad data analysis experience.
• Business operations and systems requirements processes.
• Data modeling and entity relationships.
• 3 –5 years in a Business Systems Analysis role.
• Work with business stakeholders and other SMEs to assess current capabilities, understand business requirements and apply technical background/understanding in the development of usability documentation and artifacts.
• Work with IT Specialists (Solution Designers, Configuration, Data Modeler, Test) to translate and understand the goals of the application and compare capabilities and functionality with other applications.
• Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management life cycle (PMLC).
