Customer Service Advocate

Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Advocate. This is a 04 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in EST- US(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shifts: 37.5 hours per week/Shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
  • Respond to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns through multiple communication channels
  • Identify and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible to prevent escalation
  • Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, and services
  • Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards as outlined by the organization
  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to ensure complete issue resolution
  • Stay informed of current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain consistency and compliance
  • Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and ongoing training to improve service delivery
  • Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key Skills; Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy required
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple programs simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet performance goals, including quality assurance, adherence, and average call handling time
  • High School Diploma or GED
