Pay Range: $55 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis.
• Current projects include: Medicaid Provider Registration, Client Credentialing, Network Adequacy gap, Geo Adequacy ReDesign, United Concordia loads.
• Trend analysis in various functional areas of health care management.
• Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Business Objects interface and direct links to core databases (ODS/EDW).
• Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues.
• Execute data changes and update core systems as needed.
• Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively and communicate risks and issues to manager regularly.
• Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills-5+ years of experience is required.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Processing.
• Experience with Advanced SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Active Batch, Control M.
• Experience with Other: diagnosing system issues, engaging in data validation, and providing quality assurance testing.
• Strong Data Analysis, Data Validation, ETL.
• Experience with Data Manipulation; Data Mining.
• Experience working in a production cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with one or more of the following C# (Programming Language); Java (Programming Language); Programming Concepts; Programming Tools; Python (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language).
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Servers; SQL (Programming Language).
• Experience working with provider data is desired.
• Intermediate - Demonstrated high degree of communication skills.
• Intermediate – Ability to mentor junior analysts.
• Intermediate - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to details, even under pressure..
• Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
