Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing radiation and oncology-related treatments
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor treatment responses
• Administer therapies and support oncology-related care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, side effects, and care management
• Collaborate with oncology specialists and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols for handling hazardous medications
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development initiatives
• Serve as mentor/preceptor when appropriate
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience required
• Outpatient oncology or radiation oncology experience preferred
• Chemotherapy competency preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage oncology patients in a fast-paced clinical environment
