Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Provide safe, patient-centered care in a medical telemetry/acute care setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient conditions, responding to clinical changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the care team
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies
• Uphold confidentiality and deliver high-quality patient care

Key Requirements:

• Key Skills : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience required
• Experience in acute care and telemetry monitoring preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care coordination skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
