Pay Range: $27 - $29/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

  • Supports the management and overall oversight of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements.
  • This position collaborates with various Health Plans, corporate functions, and third-party vendors to facilitate contract compliance, oversight of the Procurement Contract Center of Excellence (CoE) team's contract templates, playbooks, clause library, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: Procurement Experience .
  • Healthcare experience .
  • Contracts Negotiations Experience .
  • General knowledge of procurement concepts and processes .
  • 1+ years’ experience reviewing complex legal and commercial terms and raising risk exposures under general supervision.
  • 3+ years’ experience with any, multiple, or all the following: compliance or regulatory experience in a health care and/or managed care setting/organization, government procurement and flow down requirements for subcontractors or third-party vendors, and/or drafting contract templates, terms and conditions, and improving contracting processes.
  • Training and presentation skills preferred.
  • Experience with government procurement (FAR/DFAR) or CMS-related contracting preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Coupa and/or other ticket management and contract lifecycle management tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
