Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting.
- Experience with printer maintenance and POS systems.
- Mon-Fri 9-6, On-Call Rotation, Virtual Office (Home Office),
- Must be able to complete self-directed training and have independent time management skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (training available for the right candidate).
- Certifications:CompTIA A+ (preferred, not required).
- Lexmark certifications and experience (a plus).
- Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix, HP, Dell, Lenovo equipment (a plus).
- Mileage: Compensated – daily travel varies.
