Key Responsibilities:
- Supplement admin by creating tasks for users to complete.
- Pull reporting to find and log errors.
- Review requested changes from trade management team and complete in deduction management tool.
- Other tasks to be assigned as needed by team.
- Your role in recovering Partner Brand deductions will drive financial impact:
- Own the investigation and recovery process for partner branded deductions taken by our customers for product delivered by our independent distribution partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations to validate claims, correct discrepancies, and recover funds with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute directly to protecting revenue and strengthening partner accountability.
- 70% Act as the assistant to the contact for system issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting, including coordination with High Radius support. Manage system configuration settings, including business rules, workflows, and custom fields. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve or escalate issues.
- 30% Partner with internal stakeholders to consolidate support and coordinate efforts to recover funds from Partner Brands.
- Remote position.
- Some holiday and weekend coverage required throughout the year, especially at fiscal quarter closes (Oct, Jan, Apr, and Jul).
- Key Skills; Accounting, Deductions, Claims, HighRadius, Accounts Receivable .
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred .
- Length of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in deductions management, AR operations, or finance systems.
- Certifications: None
- Licenses/Registrations: None
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow issues through to resolution and a talent for turning complexity into clear actions.
- Prior experience with deductions or claims management software tools (High Radius); system administration experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Programs and possess an ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience with SAP, AFS TradePro, MicroStrategy/Envision and High Radius a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow issues through to resolution.
- Good business perspective skills with the ability to look at problems or projects through the eyes of the customers, competitors, coworkers and managers.
- Action-oriented with strong prioritization capabilities and a proven ability for analytical and problem solving skills, direction setting, and organizational alignment skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively to provide direction and establish value-added working relationships with clients, vendors and peers.
- Ability to execute and deliver within diverse global cultures and resources.
- Deductions experience – this is kind of niche, if no experience, must have familiarity with accounting or something similar.
