UX Designer

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Visual design, Experience Mapping, Customer Journey
• Strong background in visual design and UX.
• Soft skills with experience in large companies working across multiple squads.
• Experience collaborating with principal designers and directors.
• Preferred experience in financial or healthcare industries.
• Must-Have Skills:
• Mapping/Customer Journey/User Flow: Ability to approach design with a service blueprint mindset.
• Visual Design: Strong skills to turn customer journeys into realistic designs.
• Communication Style: Clear and effective communication.
• Device Design: Experience designing for native and web devices with knowledge and interest in both.
