Pay Range: $55 - $57/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analysing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
  • Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
  • Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
  • Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
  • Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
  • Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
  • A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: Business Analysis ,Excel ,PowerPoint .
  • 3 – 5 yrs exp min in Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentation creation and presentation.
  • Running Excel reports and interpreting metrics/data to create PowerPoint presentations, and other feedback to higher management
  • PowerPoint presentations: will be presenting to higher leadership (candidate will be training thoroughly by management oversight on best practices)
  • 3 – 5 yrs exp min in Business Analyst capacity: Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentation creation and presentation. MUST be comfortable presenting PowerPoint presentations to higher leadership based on data report findings.
  • Must be able to run reports in Excel and interpret data (above average Excel exp needed for role)
  • College degree mandatory (concentrations in Business, Finance, Economics and Project Management desired)
  • Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Good reporting, communication and follow up skills.
  • Candidate MUST be a good communicator, not shy or loss of words, MUST be able to articulate confidently to management, not a hide behind desk role.
  • A Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analysing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization.
