Key Responsibilities:
- Process referrals for home health agencies and coordinate patient start-of-care scheduling
- Provide administrative support to healthcare staff and department leadership
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
- Coordinate office activities and manage high-volume administrative workflows
- Communicate professionally with physicians, patients, clients, and team members
- Utilize network computer systems, email, internet, and internal applications
- Support scheduling, tracking, and office coordination activities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Healthcare, medical office, hospital, or patient access experience
- Referral coordination or scheduling experience
- Experience supporting clinical or operational teams
