Project Manager

Pay Range: $55 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues or risks.
• Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.
• Managing project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
• Ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
• Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
• Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-5-10 years of experience in Project management.
• PMP Certified.
• Previous experience in Electric Utility, Construction, Energy, Power Distribution, Solar, Renewable Energy, And Related Industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP Certification Preferred, or can obtain within 6 months of assignment.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Previous experience in Electric Utility, Construction, Energy, Power Distribution, Solar, Renewable Energy, And Related Industries.
