Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage complex interview calendars and scheduling logistics
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and interview details
- Process candidate reimbursements accurately through internal systems
- Support recruiters and hiring teams with recruiting operations and reporting
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- 1+ year of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or administrative support experience
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing calendars in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, or similar
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred Qualifications-Airline or aviation industry experience
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience handling large volumes of calls/emails
