Pay Range: $70-$75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational and financial data
• Assess financial performance by comparing actual results against plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead cost analysis activities by applying established policies, procedures, and analytical frameworks
• Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities; provide insights and recommendations to management
• Reconcile financial transactions by identifying discrepancies and correcting data
• Maintain financial databases by entering, validating, and backing up data
• Develop recommendations by interpreting data, conducting comparative analyses, and evaluating proposed changes in processes or materials
• Improve productivity through the development and support of automated financial or accounting tools
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information
• Maintain technical and industry knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development
• Contribute to team objectives by supporting related initiatives as needed

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
