Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution (Day-to-Day Support)
- Investigate and resolve system data flow errors (e.g., missing customer shipment data, failed transactions)
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to troubleshoot and correct integration issues
- Respond to and close compliance-related issues within 1–2 business days
- Root Cause Analysis & Project Work
- Lead and document root cause investigations for high-volume or recurring problems
- Work with external trading partners (e.g., international manufacturers) to resolve ongoing data delivery or formatting issues
- Support "go-live" implementation teams in identifying and deploying technical solutions
- Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure issue resolution processes comply with DSCSA and FDA 21 CFR regulations
- Participate in CAPA development and document control updates
- Assist in internal and external audits as needed
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving, Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), CAPA, root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience in a regulated quality environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device preferred)
- Familiarity with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and traceability requirements
- Strong experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and compliance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage issue resolution and work across departments
- Proficiency in ERP or quality systems such as:
- TrackWise
- JD Edwards (JDE)
- SAP, MasterControl, or similar platforms
- Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or distribution operations
- Familiarity with serialization systems, T3 documentation, or electronic product traceability
- Knowledge of data integrations, system mapping, or basic coding/scripting (SQL, XML, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
