Data Entry Analyst

Pay Range: $17 - $17.85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and ship physical badges; issue and manage mobile badges.
• Process Card Access workflow requests and assist with IAM projects.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for card access and badgerelated issues.
• Communicate with business partners to support SLA commitments.
• Prioritize and manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating with team members.
• Deliver highquality customer service to internal customers.
• Apply IAM policies to maintain compliance and security.
• Identify exceptions and escalate to management appropriately.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - “Data Entry”, “Excel”]
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint) – 3 years
• Strong written communication skills – 1 years
• Project Management experience – 1 years
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and strong dataentry skills.
• Ability to provide foundational technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in regulatory compliance or security.
• Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage daily workload effectively.
