Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Remote (Must be located near Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Findlay, Athens, Cambridge, Lima, or Bowling Green, OH).
- The Patient Care Advocate (PCA) conducts outreach to close HEDIS care gaps by scheduling appointments, educating members on benefits, and coordinating care.
- This is a remote, outbound call role with occasional provider office visits.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, Excel-proficient, and comfortable engaging with both members and providers.
- Skills-Customer service.
- 2+ years in quality/healthcare.
- Provider engagement.
- Bachelor’s in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
