HR Associate
Immediate need for a talented HR Associate. This is a 05+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Irving TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- This position’s primary responsibilities include coordinating Form I-9 and E-Verify processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws/regulations and consulting with various departments to research and resolve related issues.
- Assist employees with completing Form I-9; provide clear instructions and guidance. Respond to email inquiries and send timely follow-Client, as needed.
- Troubleshoot common I-9 system issues.
- Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation via a third-party on-line application for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.
- Confirm all associated E-Verify cases are initiated and closed in compliance with federal regulation.
- Escalate unresolved or non-compliant cases to the I-9 Team HR Operations Sr Mgr
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; BGC – I9, E-Verify, Google Sheets, Excel
- Experience in Human Resources, Finance or Payroll
- Experience with Form I-9 administration and document management highly preferred
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful self-starter who can work independently while understanding the importance of teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office & Client applications—particularly Excel, Client Docs, Client Sheets
- Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance & E-Verify regulations
- Knowledge of USCIS guidelines
- Knowledge of Workday, PeopleSoft, Slack, Cognos
- Previous onboarding, immigration, and/or records management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administation or related field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office & Google applications—particularly Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets
