Member Care Coordinator
Immediate need for a talented Member Care Coordinator. This is a 06+months contract to hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US(Remote {PST}). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift timing - M-F 8am – 5 pm PST No OT
- Medicare
- Collaborative and great team support
- Position Purpose: Supports administrative care management activities including performing outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services.
- Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and documents member records in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify member eligibility and research member contact information
- Place outbound calls to engage members high and moderate acuity members in free Case Management program
- Submit referrals and digitally prepare letters to be sent to members as needed
- This is a repetitive, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail
- Client's culture offers a flexible environment with lots of opportunities for knowledge and growth
- Working closely with supervisors and possibility to convert
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Medicare, bilingual , Member outreach., outbound calls
- High School diploma, GED.
- Preferred: AA/AS – Associate’s Degree
- 1 – 2 years of related experience, Skilled in communication with all levels of management, internal and external customers; Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in one or more languages other than English; 2-5 years of Customer Service in Healthcare experience preferred
- Difficulty mastering basic computer systems (Microsoft suite); Previous experience with Client and is marked non-rehirable
- 90% Quality Audit
- 50% Engagement
- Completing all cases within defined Turn Around Time
- Best – 50 new assignments per day
- Average 20-30 new assignments per day
- Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Healthcare / Care Management knowledge
