Pay Range: $100 - $110/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP PMMO green field implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP PMMO modules to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing and project management operations.
• Ensure that all SAP PMMO implementations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related problems.
• Create functional specs, conduct functional unit tests, and support end to end testing.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-S4 HANA, FICO, PMMO.
• Requires 10+ years SAP FI/CO Solution experience in Material Costing in SAP using SAP PMMO or GPD for A&D industry.
• Work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Grouping, Pegging & Distribution (GPD) or SAP Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) within the Aerospace & Defense industry in the US.
• Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, Logistics, and Dassian PACE solution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with SAP FI/CO solutions, particularly in Material Costing.
• Proven ability to work closely with clients to identify business problems and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Proficiency in writing Business Process Documents (BPDs), functional specifications, configuration design, building SAP configurations, and testing solutions.
• Experience in conducting workshops and leading system testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate is expected to work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.
• Education needed for the role: Bachelor’s degree.
