Provider Contracting Representative

Pay Range: $20 - $21.59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Client’s dental network.
• Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest.
• Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems.
• Process required paperwork for providers to join the network.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to switch projects based on business needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Sales ,Dental Office Experience ,Call Center ,Spanish .
• Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• A dedicated secure home workspace
• Quick learner
• Strong organization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Work independently, have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated
• Strong relationship management skills: ability to foster collaboration, value other perspectives and gain support and buy-in
• Continuous Improvement
• Attention to detail
• Sales Experience is a plus
• Dental Office Experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
