Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Java, Spring boot, Azure, Azure PaaS Services
- Architect & Design PaaS services on Azure. Experience with microservices architecture, minimum 5+ yrs of hands-on cloud exp.
- Hands-on working knowledge Azure PaaS Services - Azure Function App, Azure APIM, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Kubernetes Services
- Design highly scalable, secure, reliable cloud solutions
- Analyze & troubleshoot non-prod & prod issues (specifically cloud related) and provide recommended fixes to CIBC Application Dev & Application operations team.
- Align with CIBC's cloud design authority in presenting our cloud solution / architecture & participate in design review sessions to seek approvals on the design
- Knowledge of security patterns mTLS, OAuth, define security patterns for service-to-service communication.
- Work with AO teams to get change tickets completed for promoting releases to higher environments.
- Design & build applications in core java, spring boot
- Familiarity with microservices design patterns
- Manage offshore resource - Technical guidance & oversight
- Effectively, collaborate across client LOB, Stakeholders, provide guidance on architecture, design etc.
- Work alongside client
- Location: Toronto, ON (1 Day onsite in a week)
