Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care by utilizing the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Provide evidence-based care while ensuring safety, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families, respecting cultural values and individual care needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records systems.
• Proactively plan and coordinate patient care to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining high standards of care.
• Stay current with clinical knowledge, skills, and competencies through ongoing education.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must Have Skills :Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple units (float role)
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation systems
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – Required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems – Preferred
