Pay Range: $40 - $44/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan .
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Human-AI Teaming: Implement and promote human-AI teaming design principles to enhance collaboration between humans and AI systems.
• Team Coaching: Provide mentorship and coaching to cross-functional teams to foster continuous learning and development.
• UX Upskilling: Develop and deliver training materials to enhance UX skills and knowledge transfer.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI tools and techniques into product development to improve user experience.
• Innovation Facilitation: Lead workshops and facilitate innovation sessions to drive creative problem-solving.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver instructional materials and training programs to upskill team members.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and project management.
• Empathy in Design: Incorporate empathy and user-centered design principles into all aspects of product development.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve processes.
• Presentation Design: Create engaging presentations and templates to communicate ideas effectively.
• Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:AI-enhanced UX, AI-driven design, AI tools .
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, UX design, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong written, oral, and public speaking communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools, machine learning, cognitive modeling, or related algorithms.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in change management and process improvement.
• Experience in AI-enhanced UX and AI-driven design.
• Knowledge of best practices implementation and continuous learning methodologies.
