Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies to minimize financial risk.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations required.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar preferred.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Financial Planning, Build & drive process improvements, financial modelling, forecasting, Budgeting, scenario planning, dashboarding; Excel; SCM Finance; CFA/CPA+ .
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Help build and drive process improvements, financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning, and dashboarding.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Business acumen, bonus in Supply Chain Finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Expertise in forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Deep Excel proficiency, advanced functions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.
