Key Responsibilities:
- This is a unique opportunity in which Selected candidates need to complete a 4-week mandatory remote paid training prior to placement.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications written in RPG on the Client AS400/iSeries platform.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Debug and resolve software issues and support ongoing production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and system integration efforts.
- Work closely with senior developers, QA, and business analysts in an agile environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; 0–2 years of hands-on experience with RPG IV / RPGLE programming.
- Working knowledge of Client AS400/iSeries systems.
- Basic understanding of CL (Control Language) and DB2.
- Familiarity with job scheduling and file management on AS400.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to ILE concepts, Free Format RPG, or embedded SQL.
- Basic understanding of version control tools and ticketing systems.
