Distribution Real Estate Coordinator
Immediate need for a talented Distribution Real Estate Coordinator . This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Reading, PA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete rights and restriction reviews.
- Complete permitting requirements as needed.
- Research and review of real property related documents.
- Understand and interpret easement agreements.
- Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database.
- Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents.
- Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team.
- Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required.
- Attend and participate in public open houses as requested.
- Support Client needs as directed.
- Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment.
- Manage and oversee several projects at once.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Right of Way, land records, easements, permits, and utility projects.
- Experience with review and interpret property documents, support permitting and stakeholder database management, coordinate with project teams, manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related degree from an accredited program is Required OR Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement is Required (HS + min 4 yrs relevant experience).
- Strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking software.
- Capable of working with diverse skill sets in fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, team player focused on Client service.
- Experience with Electric facilities or railroads preferred but not required.
- Well organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts.
- Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not required.
- Designation from IRWA nor required but desirable.
- Valid driver’s license required. Must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company’s vehicle driving privileges.
