Pay Range: $74 - $77/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into achievable scopes within Broadridge Sales vision.
• Build and manage end-to-end data analysis for Sales operations processes for prioritized use cases.
• Conduct business process analysis and root cause analysis to inform and create strategic business data architecture.
• Partner with business, sales operations and technology teams to document business rules, data quality requirements for Sales vision.
• Properly manage stakeholders’ expectations.  Create and maintain transparency on prioritization, scope.
• Influence business and operational process changes to remediate data issues and prevent issues from recurring.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Asset Management, Broadridge Sales vision, Sales Page, with large data sets & data management.
• University (Degree) Preferred.
• 10 Years Required; 15 Years Preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Asset Management industry supporting Intermediary channel.
• 10+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements, working with large data sets, developing, and implementing solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Broadridge Sales vision.
• Experience with Sales Page.
• Experience in reference data management.
• Experience in Data Domain Knowledge with Salesforce, Sales teams.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent tools for data preparation, blending and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration.
