Pay Range: $19- $21/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• YEP/HEDIS – Working excel reports for member/provider outreach around medication adherence gap closure for multiple Quality HEDIS measures.
• Some will have a focus around SPC/SPD and others could have a focus around Behavioral health measures.
• CMS STARS adherence measures for Medicare may also be a focus.  
• Performance expectations would include completing outreaches daily to members/providers/pharmacy for gap closures (phone and fax).
• Metrics would depend on volume and which HEDIS measure is being worked

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Licensed Pharmacy technician
  HEDIS
  Outreach
• certified/licensed pharmacy tech for Pharmacy Coord I position 
• Excel
