Pay Range: $40 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and babies throughout the ante-, intra-, and post-partum periods.
• Float across various units within the health system to provide vital support where it's needed most.
• Implement the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care.
• Administer medications, maintain sterile technique, and demonstrate IV competency.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and a dynamic healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-procedural instructions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Registered Nurse (RN), RN Labor & Delivery, RN Acute Care, BLS, ACLS, NRP .
• Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) are required. PALS is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Skills: Excellent critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in English and have basic computer skills.
