Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to enroll members in Case Management.
- Create cases in TureCare for members that are being enrolled.
- Staff are expected to maintain an average of 60-70 calls per day to be successful in this PC role.
- 30 cases daily.
- 5- 10 referrals.
- Skills-Enrollment, outbound call, outreach members.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties.
- Experience working in a high call environment.
- Costumer service.
- High School Diploma, GED.
- Sales experience.
- Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Experience, needs to ensure they can handle the number of calls & workload per day.
- Locating staff who have experience in call centers such as 911 dispatchers and people who have worked in Managed Care or Medicaid/Medicare Brokerages may be helpful since they are used to high call, metric driven environments.
- Note-Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm CST.
