Senior Electrical Engineer

Immediate need for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Redmond, WA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • The main function of an electrical engineer is to design, develop, test or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military or scientific use.
  • A typical electrical engineer has the ability to make engineering drawings and read and interpret blueprints.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Skills-PCB Design ,Consumer Electronics - Low Power and schematic and board design using Cadence Orcad, Altium or equivalent.
  • 10+ Years of experience in an Electrical/Hardware Engineer.
  • PCB Design.
  • Consumer Electronics - Low Power.
  • schematic and board design using Cadence Orcad, Altium or equivalent.
  • Supervise the design, development, and testing of the manufacture of electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
  • Review and approve the cost effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain design models.
  • Discuss estimates for time and cost to complete projects with clients.
  • Supervise the simulation and testing of machine/structure/system operation and monitor product quality.
  • Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
