Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues during meetings.
- Managing room reservations and coordinating schedules to avoid conflicts.
- Ensuring conference rooms are equipped with necessary technology (AV systems, projectors, video conferencing tools).
- Overseeing room setup, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Coordinating with vendors for catering, furniture, and equipment needs.
- Implementing policies for efficient room usage and security.
- 4-5 years of managing Audio Video equipment is a must.
- Knowledge of AV and conferencing technology.
- Great PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
