Pay Range: $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

  Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • IT Service Management - Incident management, Problem management & Continual Service Improvements.
  • JIRA & Client ticketing tools.
  • Measurement of Service Quality, Service Efficiency, Service Effectiveness & Service Delivery.
  • ITIL trained/certified V3/V4 foundation for implementing best practices for incident management.
