Incident Management
Immediate need for a talented CMD/Incident Manager. This is a 06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills at all levels.
- IT Service Management - Incident management, Problem management & Continual Service Improvements.
- JIRA & Client ticketing tools.
- Measurement of Service Quality, Service Efficiency, Service Effectiveness & Service Delivery.
- ITIL trained/certified V3/V4 foundation for implementing best practices for incident management.
