Pay Range: $68 - $72/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Improve client experience for the Digital Commerce Consumer Credit Card application to increase booked applications.
• Creating usable and accessible designs using Figma and Design System components.
• Collaborate with other designers, content designers, design researchers, product managers and owners. Translate business requirements into usable and on brand designs for digital applications.
• Present designs and incorporate feedback.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Figma, Design system components, Banking domain 
• 1-2 years’ experience designing digital applications;
• Strong Figma skills;
• Experience using a Design System;
• Excellent communication skills;
• The ability to present designs to stakeholders.
• Financial Services experience (banking preferred);
• Experience designing for accessibility
