Pay Range: $31 - $34/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Looking for a QI Auditor who can assist with accurate measurement of our transitions of care (TRC) process.
• This role would be responsible for requesting and receiving medical records and/or other clinical documentation, abstracting this documentation, and recovering missed opportunities.
• This role collaborates closely with the HEDIS team of QI Abstractors and Overreaders but is primarily remote/WFH.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; RN
• HEDIS
• Telephonic Outreach
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or equivalent exp.
• Required: Ohio RN license
