Key Responsibilities: -

• Support the HM (global marketing director) Neutrogena brand on the make-up side.
• Global marketing exp for makeup is needed. She needs makeup expertise here.
• Knowledge of Codes, remerch, product development, etc.
• Diverse role. Expecting the person to work with manufacturer on the concepts, r&d, packaging, legal on claims, design on the artwork, supporting the HM with external agencies like publications.
• Needs to be independent and understand this business.
• Currently only in US, currently looking to expand into EU. The person will mostly work on US market.
• Works mostly from concept to artwork to claims and find the relevant customer  insight to share with the retailers.
• 1st will be video IV and then maybe F2F, she might do video on the 2nd round too based on her availability.
• Hybrid 3days in office and 2 days remote. Need someone onsite only, no remote.
• Top 3 Skills: PM skills, entrepreneur thinking – wear multiple hats, sensitivity to makeup, analytical thinking.
• Needs only makeup and nothing else.
• Exp with shades – multiple makeup items. Color cosmetics. Competitors: Loreal, Estee lauder, etc.
• This person will work to find consumer insight and then bring the project to life – product development.
• This is a maternity cover. In case the need arises they might extend/hire them but, right now nothing is fixed. Consider it for end of the year only as of now.
• Educatrion is not a must have. If they have great experience, she is ok with HSD as well.
• Support the Marketing Director in shaping Neutrogena Global Makeup strategy
• Identify opportunities for innovation and non-innovation-led growth, leveraging data and outside-in thinking to develop strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with global partners, HCPs, MUPA, CBI, Creative agencies and influencers to craft, & test innovations
• Drive relationship with key manufacturers to develop breakthrough innovations and always remain ahead of makeup trends
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure launch timing accuracy of all new product innovations
• Support the shaping and lead the execution of Neutrogena Makeup communication campaigns, partnering with multifunctional teams and leading creative and influencer agencies to deliver campaigns that drive mental availability for the brand and platform
• Lead the briefing and ongoing development of innovation and non-innovation
• Packaging/ artwork
• Ecom product page
• Media assets
• Social assets etc
• Partner with R&D and Legal/ Regulatory affairs to create compelling claims list per new product innovation, continuously elevating and advancing brand superiority
• Support local market to develop compelling stories for NPIs, ensuring optimal sell-in volume
• Collaborate with global partners to ensure global fit of all innovations and communication strategies
• Manage Global budget for Makeup

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required; a master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales or related experience is required
• Makeup industry experience required
• Experience leading cross-functionals to develop consumer-centric product innovation
• Experience leading cross-functionals and agencies to develop a communications strategy for multiple brands or priorities
• You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.
• Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
• Digital marketing experience is critical.
• Budget management and forecasting experience.
• On Premise colleagues work in a Pfizer site because it’s needed to get their job done. They may have flexibility to work remotely from time to time, but they are primarily on-site.
