Knowledge Management Analyst

Pay Range: $33 - $35/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management:
  • Curate, organize, and maintain knowledge content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all team members.
  • Manage and oversee knowledge governance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Develop and manage databases, intranets, and other storage systems for knowledge content.
  • Support and Training:
  • Empower employees by providing comprehensive support and training on knowledge management tools and systems.
  • Create training resources, conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training programs for staff members.
  • Promoting Knowledge Sharing:
  • Champion a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing throughout operational processes, systems and governance.
  • Strengthening Links:
  • Enhance connections between knowledge sharing and information systems to improve integration and facilitate seamless information exchange.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills:Knowledge Management, Content Development, Training .
  • 1-2 years professional experience working in a knowledge management or related role
  • Experience managing large amounts of information and data.
  • Experience working with information systems, CRM and client platforms.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities: adept at managing tasks efficiently and leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
  • Outstanding communication: proficient in verbal and written communication, and capable of delivering engaging presentations.
  • Superior planning and time management expertise: skilled in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities: adept at fostering teamwork and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail: consistently ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a natural curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit: They will be bold and willing to experiment, learning from their experiences.
  • These individuals are dedicated to their work and committed to seeing projects through to completion.
