Customer Service Representative II (Spanish)
Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative II (Spanish). This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $16 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Experience in any Customer service field
- Experience with a CRM system like CC&B, NOVA, Medisoft, etc
- Bilingual, Spanish
- Type proficiently (45 WPM minimum), meaning that they don’t have to look at the keyboard to locate the letters.
- Pass a basic computer literacy test to demonstrate fundamental commands like using Ctrl/Alt/Delete to lock a screen, use of copy/paste, proficient in Word or OneNote for note taking, etc. 85% on Basic computer skills test.
- Pass a basic phone etiquette test. 85% score on Proveit or IBM or Kenexa some testing tool.
- Demonstrate high-school level literacy, reading comprehension, and math skills (to calculate billing balances.)
- Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and can retain information that is learned.
- Demonstrate experience with a multi-line phone system like Avaya or Cisco (e.g., handle transfer / conference / outbound calls).
- Have experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system like CC&B, NOVA, Medisoft, etc.
- Experience in any Customer service field.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, call center environment.
- Proficiency working on a computer.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels (inbound, outbound, email & chat).
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator.
