Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-scale chatbot or virtual assistant solutions for internal employee support.
- Develop conversational flows and convert them into automated chatbot experiences.
- Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems for automated processes.
- Test and maintain chatbot scripts, including error handling and reusable conversation libraries.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth NLP-driven interactions.
- Key Skills;Gen AI, Chatbot, NLP, Python, LLM .
- Hands-on experience with chatbot frameworks and building AI conversational experiences.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts: intent recognition, entity extraction, and regex.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript/Groovy) and OOP principles for scalable chatbot code.
- Knowledge of STT/TTS technologies, integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel, MuleSoft), and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments, strong analytical skills, and ability to design user-focused conversational experiences.
