3DX Manufacturing Consultant

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; 3DX, BOM, PO
• Study of PO, EBOM, MBOM, detail parts & count, Standard docs,
• Identify discrepancies in BOM to PO
• Building 3D layouts in 3DX
• Color coding for installable components /subsystems
• Surface coating details and secondary/online operations
• Study assembly process flow in Shop w.r.t Production order
• Adding standard tables and characteristics to engineering data
• Request for adding missing PRT’s (Production resources/tools) 
• Updating PO operations as per Mfg. info in CAD and drawing
• Operation sequence changing or updating
• Including additional operations & Deletion of unwanted operations
• Creating the new Installation Plans (IP)
• Movements of modules and parts between the IP’s
• Proposing RFA’s (Revit Family -Reusable components) Engineering data based on Investigation
• Product configuration training/support
• Training and support for creating/assigning variants and options and filtering
• Work Instruction Sign Off/Data Collection Training
• Training for implementing quality or task checkpoints in the work instructions output
• Process Engineer/Work Instructions Author training
• Onsite training sessions for Process Planning and Work Instruction Author steps/roles
• Output file deployment assistance
• Providing support and recommendation to best integrate output files into lineside infrastructure.
