Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hospital-wide leadership and clinical oversight in the absence of department directors and administrators, serving as the on-site resource for all operational and clinical issues.
- Effectively manage and coordinate human and material resources, including staffing allocation, to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across all departments.
- Serve as the on-site command center leader for emergency situations, implementing surge plans and emergency procedures as necessary.
- Act as a mentor and coach for department supervisors, charge nurses, and staff, upholding professional standards and a culture of safety.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and communication between physicians, staff, and patients to resolve conflicts and ensure effective service recovery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: RN House Supervisor, Nurse Supervisor, Nursing Leadership, Clinical Leadership, BLS, ACLS .
- Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required, plus an additional 2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Administration is preferred.
- Schedule: PRN, Various Shifts (Days or Nights).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving, and the ability to implement change.
- Must be proficient in clinical technology (e.g., Epic) and possess business acumen for resource management.
