Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of Zoom and Slack infrastructure and integration points
• Zoom:Experience in managing Zoom integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Zoom integration issues.
• Familiarity with Zoom APIs and SDKs for custom solution development.
• Understanding of security best practices for Zoom integration.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Zoom functionality.
• Expertise in configuring and maintaining Zoom Rooms and related hardware.
• Skills in automating Zoom deployment and configuration using scripting and tools.
• Experience in conducting Zoom training sessions for end-users and IT staff.
• Knowledge of integrating Zoom with other enterprise systems like Microsoft Teams.
• Slack:Proficient in designing and implementing Slack and Slack Connect with a focus on enterprise security.
• Ensure Slack Channels, Direct Messages, and Threads follow the company's retention and DLP requirements.
• Maintain secure and reliable communication by adhering to encryption and networking standards for Slack cloud services.
• Integrate user management and access controls with company directory services and entitlement management.
• Design and implement a Slack admin console following guidelines for compliance, security, and risk.
• Investigate the impact of Slack integration on the current installed base and potential conflicting policies.
• Use automation, system tools, open-source solutions, observability, and 'security first' principles in daily work.
• Contribute to team agile ceremonies, lead demos and presentations, and assist in onboarding new engineers.
• Bridge desired Business features to BT capabilities and execute groundwork in requirement translations and design.
• Initiate detailed level solution design approaches across multiple domains.
• Guide the team to achieve key software delivery capabilities using automated, coded enterprise and observability.
• Participate in speaking and advocacy events, and coach core technology communities.
• Engage in understanding and researching new technologies.
• Research and adopt new technology solutions and ways to build technical capabilities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have System Integration, ZOOM Slack Integration / Unified Communication Technology.
• Proven experience in Business Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of communication platforms and integration.
• Experience with automation tools and 'compliance first' principles.
• Ability to lead and contribute to team agile ceremonies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design solutions across multiple domains.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
