Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution & Coordination
- Translate strategic curriculum frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) into detailed, adaptable project plans with clear milestones, success measures, and risk profiles.
- Execute projects within an end-to-end change plan, identifying interdependencies and proactively escalating barriers.
- Maintain Smartsheet tracking and aligned operating rhythms to monitor progress and drive accountability.
- Build and upload learning modules in Docebo with consistent tagging, metadata, and learner journey governance.
- Apply established best practices, templates, and frameworks to ensure repeatable and scalable delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales Operations, Enablement, Product Marketing) to identify dependencies that impact delivery.
- Manage content calendars, stakeholder communication cadences, and change management documentation to support smooth rollouts.
- Enablement Delivery Support
- Partner with leadership to standardize, automate, and operationalize rollouts for specific roles, regions, and sales approaches.
- Support Train-the-Trainer program development, scheduling, and facilitation.
- Coordinate regional rollouts, including live session scheduling, attendance tracking, and learner feedback collection.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Actively support execution of the change management plan and assess the impact of key changes.
- Measurement & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards that track completion, adoption, sentiment, and performance across regions and roles.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to generate insights into engagement and outcomes.
- Deliver regular operational reports with key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, learner experience, and business impact.

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize across teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity and conduct accurate, insight-driven analysis.
- Effective facilitation skills supported by solid sales and business acumen.
- Experience scaling and rolling out global programs with consistent adoption across regions and business units.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across stakeholders and time zones.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams.
- Working knowledge of leading sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, SPICED) and how they translate into enablement content and seller behavior.
