Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Agile, Roadmap, Middleware Technologies .
- Agile Product Owner experience (5-10 years) .
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache)
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, application owners, and leadership
- Experience with KPIs, OKRs, and compliance/risk management.
- Knowledge of containerized platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) .
- Experience using JIRA for roadmaps and user story mapping .
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
