Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and tracks employee work schedules and rosters. Maintains employee databases to manage and process employee time.
- Works independently with moderate supervision on short to medium term projects and audits to ensure policy and wage/hour compliance.
- Reviews and acts on audit reports to ensure legacy time systems are in sync with SAP, Time and quota calculations are accurate, and to identify and resolve employee pay discrepancies
- Tier 2 response to resolve and communicate complex resolution of employee pay concerns or quota balance disputes that local time admins or leaders are unable to resolve
- Serves as the subject matter expert for SAP Time and quota, schema, MPS, time collection, time and attendance policies, and employee/station scheduling practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2+ years of Time and Attendance/Payroll Experience. The experience required for the job is Time and Attendance primarily.
