- Ensure a safe and supportive work environment for staff and patients.

- Foster strong communication with physicians, staff, and departments.
- Resolve conflicts and promote positive team dynamics.
- Support professional growth, recruitment, and retention of staff.
- Exemplary Practice and Outcomes
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and staff competency.
- Lead change initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff performance management.

- Manage unit budgets and operational goals.
- Represent the organization in committees and community initiatives.
- Support leadership development and service line growth.
- Evidence-Based Practice and Research
- Promote evidence-based care and performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Use data and technology to support clinical and operational decisions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing
- License: Active RN license in the State of Georgia or eNLC Compact License
- Certification: Current BLS (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, budgeting, and staffing
- Experience with quality improvement and change management
- Understanding of regulatory, accreditation, and risk management standards
- Ability to use data and technology for decision-making
