Pay Range: $33  - $59 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 

• Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
• Perform comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
• Monitor patient progress related to mobility, ADLs, medication response, cognitive recovery, pain control, and rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams to support functional gains
• Assist patients with safe mobility, transfers, toileting, hygiene, and daily activities
• Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, equipment use, and discharge readiness
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the EHR
• Manage complex medical needs such as wound care, IV therapy, infection control, and chronic condition monitoring
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and progress meetings
• Promote a safe environment by following fall prevention, mobility support, and rehabilitation standards
• Support patient motivation and emotional well-being throughout recovery
• Participate in performance improvement and ongoing education

• Key Skills;Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab .
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 year of RN acute care or inpatient RN experience preferred
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to client care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Strong assessment and care-planning skills for patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs
• Proficiency in managing post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and medically complex patients
• Excellent understanding of mobility assistance, fall prevention, wound care, and medication management
• Ability to safely assist patients with transfers, ADLs, and progressive mobility
• Strong communication and patient education skills to support long-term recovery goals
• Ability to collaborate with therapy teams (PT/OT/SLP) and create coordinated care plans
• Strong critical thinking and ability to recognize early changes in patient condition
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to adapt care throughout rehabilitation progression
• Ability to remain patient, supportive, and motivating throughout long-term recovery
