Pay Range: $59 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Sample Fulfillment Ownership
• Validate sample requests and manage customer sample demand via Samples tool
• Coordinate daily with engineering, supply, logistics, and customer teams to ensure shipment accuracy and timeliness.
• Sample Logistics, Shipping, Customs Coordination
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays, holds, or reroutes.
• Reallocation / Constrained Supply Replanning / Execution
• Manage reallocation requirements and execute allocation plans based on PLM direction.
• Daily Operating Cadence
• Chair daily sample status meetings and maintain a single-source-of-truth tracker.
• Provide weekly executive-ready reports summarizing shipped units, open actions, reallocation and risks.
• Escalation Management
• Identify and escalate risks early with clear options and status reporting.
• Process Documentation and Playbook Creation
• Create a repeatable, documented playbook covering workflows, escalation paths, templates, and trackers.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Sample Logistics and Fulfillment Execution , Silicon sample management , Semiconductor
• 3–7 years in hardware/semiconductor operations, sample fulfillment, or logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to manage fulfillment workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Strong execution mindset with precision in tracking, documentation, and logistics follow-up.
• SAP, SMS, PowerBI, Agile, Excel, Powerpoint, IBM Planning Analytics
• Sample Logistics and Fulfillment Execution
• Skilled at managing shipping processes, customs, and carrier interfaces end-to-end.
• Operational Cadence Leadership
• Runs meetings, drives decisions, maintains trackers, and owns the delivery rhythm.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinates daily with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer-facing leads.
• Data Accuracy and Systems Proficiency
• Strong with tools like Excel, SAP, SMS, JIRA; meticulous about documentation and reporting.
• Escalation Management and Problem Solving
• Handles high-pressure situations, presents options, and executes quickly upon decision.
• Experience in sample demand planning and budget processes for future programs.
• Familiarity with international trade compliance, tax handling, and engineering BOMs.
